Property Support Services
- Field rental property inquiries by phone and email.
- Screen potential tenants, collect applications, submit qualified applicants to you for final approval and negotiate rental terms.
- Tenant move-in including viewing and signing lease with the tenant, property inspection report, collection of the security deposit and rent for the lease duration and forwarding these to you.
- Schedule and supervise services and renovations required as per detailed property inspection or regular property maintenance plan. Includes progress reports as required. Based on services and time required, calculated on a case by case basis.
- We respond to any emergency calls or are happy to visit your property on your behalf. Cost is based on a reasonable hourly rate for on-site inspection, for on-site emergency assessment of situation and or on-site supervision.
- Book and supervise services needed, as per pre-move-out inspection. Based on services and time required, calculated on a case by case basis.
- Bi-Annual interior and exterior property inspection for houses/townhouses and individual condos units.
- Prepare and post lease renewal notice to current tenants – to be completed 6 weeks before lease end date.
- Pre-move-out inspection of suite, providing moving tenant with a move-out cleaning checklist, taking photos of any damage or items requiring attention and providing you with details of any work that needs to be completed.
- Tenant move-out including move-out walk through and completion of property inspection report with photos of any damage/deficiency, and retaining keys. Completing statements of damage deposit.
