Precise Property Management clients don’t have to worry about a thing:
Relax because we are your tenants’ first call liaison: Your tenants will call or e-mail us first with their emergencies and questions. Each tenant correspondence will be immediately assessed and documented.

We deal with emergency issues when they arise and can arrange for maintenance and repairs on your behalf: We have positive working relationships with a significant data base of excellent contractors and services, whose work we approve and endorse.

We hold keys for all properties that we retain for you: We can deal with all emergencies on your behalf, including locked out tenants.

We have 24-hour access to necessary documents: When tenant issues arise, background information and documents are reviewed before you are contacted, saving you unnecessary hassle.

You choose the services you need at any given time: You pay only for the services that you need and request. Your monthly retainer fee ensures that you have the resources that you need at your disposal. You can be as “hands on” or “hands off” as you feel comfortable with.
